Cancellation Policy
I accept cancellations within 24 hours of order placement. After that, please contact me as soon as possible. If the item has already shipped, I cannot cancel your order.
Return Policies
I'm sorry your order wasn’t exactly what you desired. I want to help make this process as easy as possible for you. If your item isn't what you expected, or it arrived damaged, please contact me at woodspiritdesigns@gmail.com. Your satisfaction is my reputation, so I want to make it right.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. Custom orders cannot be returned, cancelled, or exchanged.
Damaged during Shipment
If your item arrived damaged, contact me within 24 hours, and include photos of the damage and condition of the box it came in.
Defective
If the item is defective, please notify me within 48 hours.
Other Reasons
Returns for other reasons (not satisfied with color, etc.), are accepted up to 30 days from purchase date. Please contact us 15 days of delivery.
