Refund Policy
When refunds apply
Refunds are available when you cancel within 48 hours of purchase and no work has begun, when we are unable to deliver the service, or when a billing error resulted in a duplicate charge.
When refunds do not apply
Once substantive work has begun, refunds are not available. Most projects enter the working phase within 3 to 5 business days of purchase. Refunds do not apply when results do not meet expectations not specified in the project scope.
Partial refunds
If a project is cancelled after work has begun, we assess the completed work and may offer a partial refund proportional to work not yet delivered.
Process
Contact hello@woodspiritdesigns.com with your order reference. We process refund requests within 5 business days and return approved amounts to the original payment method within 10 business days.
